SUPERHOT is something new. In a world where First Person Shooters are king, it’s rare to see one that does something that hasn’t been touched on anywhere else. (more…)

Best Games of July 2013
What July might have lacked in quantity, it made up for entirely with quality. The quality of one game, to be exact. Mega Man Unlimited has leaped over the majority of games I’ve played this year and directly into my heart. That isn’t to say there weren’t other games released in July worth playing, but with such a sparse list of games this month, Mega Man was able to reign supreme without much challenge. They Warned You: Room of 1000 Snakes
Room of 1000 Snakes won’t take you long to finish, and it won’t leave you pondering the meaning of your existence days after it’s over. It does, however, contain a great 30 seconds or so of suspense. (more…) -

It’s an indie darling that has made its way from one convention to another over the years, and hasn’t ever been released as a full game to the public. I’ve never personally touched it, but the stories I’ve heard have always made me jealous of those that had. Today is finally the day when we’re all allowed the pleasure of touching it together…kind of. (more…) -

The Black Heart
The Black Heart just landed a front page endorsement on popular indie game website, Gamejolt.com, so you’ll be forgiven for thinking it’s a brand new game. I just discovered it due to its new publicity, but it was actually released in 2009. After a seven year development period, Andrés Borghi singlehandedly released his darling out into the world, and it’s been hiding from me ever since. Here in 2013, it’s just as fresh and exciting as anything you can download, and it’s absolutely free. (more…)
